Q. Can we choose where the text goes?
- Yes of course! We design the slates ourselves, so if you have any special requests on text positioning etc just leave us a note when you place your order. We also have the option for you to include your phone number and we will Whatsapp you a preview before we print!
Q. Does the image have to be high quality?
- We of course recommend using as higher quality photo as possible, however we understand that some of our most precious photos may have been taken before camera phones & high quality cameras were invented, therefore we will print any photo that you send us. We personally think all of the images still come out looking amazing, but please bear in mind when you send your photo that older photos may look slightly different to some of the images used on our example photos.
Q. Do all the slates come with the jagged edges and are they all the same?
- Each slate is unique, therefore some of the edges may differ on each slate. Please bear in mind that the jagged edges will look similar on your photos to the examples we have provided. We have added a lot of example images to give you the best idea of what different coloured images will look like on our slates.
Please note: If you would like to add text to your image, text line one will be in the capital font as shown on the example image and text line two will be in the small font as shown.

All of our products are hand-made in the UK.
We have carefully chosen our images to try and give the truest reflection of the colour of the product however depending on the type of screen or monitor, the colour, shades and materials of products may appear slightly different in person.
Some of the images shown are graphic renders of what the item will look like therefore materials, textures and colours may vary slightly as the product is hand made.
Our products get checked and approved by at least 2 people before they are sent out from us to ensure a high quality standard.
As our products are hand-made, there may be very slight imperfections in painting or printing.
If your product is personalised, then please ensure that you have spelt names correctly and have chosen the colours that you would like before placing your order - we cannot process refunds or exchanges for items if the details are incorrectly entered when ordering.

We are still sending orders around the strike days, however, delays are expected when using the free delivery option.
Delivery is free on all UK orders.
